What is a bonus?

Bonuses are either cash or Free Spins that are added to your balance. Bonus amounts depend on the promotion terms and all players have to meet wagering requirements before cashing them out.

Where can I view the bonuses available to me?

All active bonuses and those available for activation can be viewed in the Bonuses section of your Profile. The Bonuses section is divided into categories Casino and Sports, with corresponding bonuses presented in each category.

Each category has subcategories:

♦ Available: Bonuses that haven't been activated. This subcategory features deposit and no-deposit bonuses.

♦ Active: Bonuses that have already been activated. If a player has multiple activated bonuses, they will need to wager the initially activated bonus first; other bonuses will be awaiting their wagering turn with the status In line. The order of bonus wagering cannot be changed.

Bets made for wagering purposes will contribute exclusively to the wagering requirements of the first activated bonus (the first in line). The wagering progress can be viewed in the dropdown menu accessible after clicking on the balance in the top right corner of the website.

The player can simultaneously wager one casino bonus and one sports bonus.

All active bonuses can be canceled. To cancel a bonus, click on the Details button on the bonus card, then proceed to click Cancel Bonus in the pop-up window, and confirm the cancellation. Please note that each bonus must be canceled individually.

Players can access the history of activated and utilised bonuses in the Bonuses section of their Profile. Bonus data is retained for one month.

How do I wager bonuses?

Each bonus has a wagering requirement –– the coefficient by which the bonus amount is multiplied. The result is the number of bets you have to place in the game to wager the bonus.

For instance, if you received a 100% bonus for your first deposit (30 CAD) with x40 wager, you therefore will need to place bets on the amount of 1 200 CAD (deposit amount x wager) to be able to withdraw your winnings.

Please make sure to play games from the Bonus Wagering section, as 7.50 CAD from each bet is taken into the progress.

How do I know that the slot has an option to wager the bonus?

Games at LuckyHills have different types of badges to help players find TOP and new games, slots with a jackpot feature, and those games where players have the option to wager their bonuses.

How do I know if the bonus has already been wagered?

Your bonus is considered wagered when your bonus funds have been transferred to your real money balance.

How do I get my welcome bonuses?

To get your first deposit bonus, you have to make a deposit of at least 30 CAD.

To get your second deposit bonus, you have to make a deposit of at least 30 CAD.

Before depositing, do not forget to select a deposit bonus at the Cashbox. The bonus will be automatically added to your account once the deposit is processed.

What is the VIP Club?

VIP Club is our way to reward loyal players with exclusive bonuses, higher cashback, access to premium private events, and much more.

Every player automatically takes part in the VIP Club starting from Level 1 – Luckyway #1 and progressing up to the highest level, VIP Diamond.

How to level up in the VIP Club

You can progress to a higher level by collecting Experience Points (XP) and Season Points (SP). Here’s how it works.

  • Experience Points (XP): move you through lifetime levels 1–8 (from Luckyway #1 to Luckyway #8). XP never expires
  • Season Points (SP): apply only to seasonal VIP levels (from VIP Bronze to VIP Diamond). You need SP to confirm and keep your VIP level for the next 3-month season, and climb to higher VIP tiers

Once you collect 15 000 XP, you reach your first VIP level – Iron unlocking VIP-only rewards

  • You earn XP/SP for every bet:
  • 15 CAD bet in slots gives you up to 1 XP/SP
  • 29 CAD bet in Live games gives you up to 1 XP/SP
  • 10 CAD bet on sports gives you up to 1 XP/SP

How do I get cashback?

Cashback is a no-deposit bonus with x5 wager. It is automatically credited to your account each Thursday. Weekly cashback is calculated based on the difference in deposits and withdrawals for the last week, minus the amount of the player's balance and active withdrawal requests at the time of cashback accrual. The percentage of cashback depends on the player’s loyalty level.

Where can I get my FS and cashback?

To get your Free Spins and cashback bonuses, click on the gift box in the top right corner of your screen. In this section, you’ll find all your active bonuses and those available for activation. How do I create at LuckyHills account?

How do I confirm my email?

After registration, LuckyHills will send an email to your Inbox with a confirmation link (sometimes an email ends up in the Spam folder, so check that too).

I didn't receive an email for account activation. What do I do?

First, check whether you’ve entered a valid email address during signup. If you did, please check the Spam folder. If you still haven’t found the email, please contact our support team and we’ll forward you another activation email or activate your account manually.

Can I change my registered email address?

What is verification?

Verification is the standard procedure of confirming a player’s identity, and it’s needed to secure your account and make fast and convenient withdrawals.

My deposit failed. What’s wrong?

Please make sure that all the information is filled out correctly:

My deposit was successful, but the funds weren't credited to my account. What should I do?

First, check whether the funds were deducted from your card/account and then contact us via chat or email at support@luckyhills.club. In most cases, we can sort this out without any proof of deposit.

Is there a commission for depositing?

LuckyHills Casino accepts payments without additional fees. However, a payment system or bank may charge additional fees.

Where can I view my transaction history?

You can access your deposit and withdrawal history in the Cashbox section under Operations history. To request your bets history in games, please contact support via chat.

Withdrawals

How do I withdraw money?

To withdraw your winnings, you need to create a withdrawal request. To do this, click Withdraw in the Cashbox, select the payment system that you used to replenish the account, and enter the desired amount. If necessary, create several requests.

If you want to withdraw your winnings to a new payment system or a bank card that was not used for the deposit, first verify it in your Profile.

Check if you have any unused bonuses left before withdrawing (Free Spins or others). Remember, they will be automatically cancelled after you create a withdrawal request. Please note that withdrawal with an active bonus balance is not available. You can cancel the bonus amount via support, and it'll be debited.

When will I receive my payment?

It usually takes up to 24 hours to check and confirm your withdrawal request. After this, it takes up to 3–5 business days for the cashout to be processed by the payment provider. If you've verified your account and payment systems and have correctly completed the withdrawal request, you'll receive the money as soon as possible.

I'm having trouble withdrawing the money. What should I do?

What are the limits?

Limits help you control how much money you want to spend playing. You can set them on the amount you lose or deposit for a day, week, or month. To find limits, go to the Limits tab of your Profile.

Once you set a daily limit, it’ll be updated every 24 hours. If it’s a weekly one, it’ll be 168 hours. In case it’s a monthly one, it’ll be updated every 720 hours. You can change limits anytime. A decrease takes effect right away. However, an increase or cancellation happens within 24 hours after confirming your action on the website. What is a deposit limit?

It helps you control how much money you spend on playing by regulating the amount you deposit into your account. If your deposit amount is higher than your limit at the cashbox, you’ll see the notification about it at the cashier. It also means that you can’t go to the payment confirmation step. The deposits that are credited to your account and have successful statuses will be taken into account for the limit.

How do you change or cancel your deposit limit?

To change it:

♦ Go to the Limits tab of your Profile and navigate to Deposit limits
♦ Press Edit limit on the card of the limit you want to change
♦ To increase or decrease the limit, enter the preferred amount and press Apply changes

To cancel the limit:

What is a loss limit?

It controls how much money you spend on playing by regulating your potential losses. This limit depends on losses and wins. We calculate it with this formula: Loss limit = Bets – Wins. The limit takes into account bets and winnings on both real and bonus money. Bets in casinos and sports are also considered.

If you reach the limit, you can’t place bets on games or sports that exceed it.

Please note the loss is based on the initial limit sum, not winnings attributed to the deposit amount. For example, you deposit 50 CAD, put a loss limit of 10 CAD, and then win 1 000 CAD. You can still lose more than 10 CAD from the 1 000 CAD balance, because the limit is based on the initial sum.

How do you change or cancel your loss limit?

To change it:

♦ Go to the Limits tab of your Profile and navigate to Loss limits
♦ Press Edit limit on the card of the limit you want to change
♦ To increase or decrease the limit, enter the preferred amount and press Apply changes

To cancel the limit:
